Harry Walter taught school in Putnam County, Missouri before he became a farmer. He became a prominent farmer who had many friends and enjoyed his family. He was a member of the Masonic lodge.
Harry sustained severe injuries when he was attacked by a Jersey bull in the fall of 1951 and he died on December 22, 1951.
Harry married Eta Belle Brown on 1 Jan 1903. (Eta Belle Brown died on 11 Nov 1965 in Kansas City, Missouri and was buried Walter Cemetery.)
